Video conferencing

The applications of video conferencing are limitless and include training, meetings, announcements, and even staff recruitment, all at a fraction of the time and expense associated with sending participants to a single meeting location.

Participants can see, hear, and speak with one another as if they were in one location. Please note: We do not provide Court Reporters, Videographers or a Sworn Oath but we can assist with local contact information for these services.

Our Video Conferencing facility:

  • Board room – seats 14 comfortably
  • Cost for rental:
    • Regular business hours: $100 per hour or $250/half day (3 hours)
    • Regular business hours: $500 full day (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
    • After business hours: $150 per hour

Please contact Brenda by email or phone  250-591-7499  to check for availability. Then download Video Conference Reservation Agreement or Video Conference Reservation Agreement for Non Profits, fill out with signature, scan and return by email to our office. 

Reservation of video conference room and equipment will not be held until signed form is received. Cancellation fees: 50% of room rental will be assessed if canceled two days prior to video conference, 100% of room video conference room and equipment rental if canceled within 24 hours of video conference.
