Entrepreneur in Residence Program
Cost: $150
A Community Futures event

Get small business help from Community Futures Central Island’s new Entrepreneur in Residence Business Coaching program.

As a participant in the Entrepreneur In Residence Program through Community Futures in Nanaimo, I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for the opportunity to be involved with and receive guidance from the program.  My first meeting which was really intended to be a meet and greet “get to know you” meeting, quickly evolved into a “lets get rolling” meeting. We went over my business history, structure, industry, my business challenges that I feel I needed guidance with, and my goals.  I left the meeting inspired and many great  tools and “I never thought of that” notes  that I am implementing already. Most importantly at this stage, some clarity in redefining my companies’ value proposition. My industry has changed greatly in the last 5 years with respect to how client expectations, competing businesses, and how attaining new  business is done in genera.  I know the tools and mentorship provided by the  Entrepreneur In Residence Program will be invaluable in helping me renew my clarity, unique business value focus, and create sharper strategies for new client generation and profitability.
